Our Ambleside sauna pilot has been extended by 12 months until April 1, 2027.

This location features a mobile sauna on the beachfront, designed for shared, social sauna sessions (or private bookings), but with no on site amenities.

 

Cold exposure at this location is via the ocean, with a sandy beach entry approximately 20 metres from the sauna. There are no cold plunge tubs. Adjacent park washrooms provide space for changing, as well as an outdoor cold shower and foot wash station.

 

The sauna is located at Ambleside Beach. You can find the exact location by searching “Gatherwell Ambleside” on Google Maps.

• One to sit on

• One to dry off after ocean dips

 

We recommend leaving most personal belongings in your car. Inside the sauna entry, there are covered hooks for towels and a small shelf for phones and water bottles.
