How to Book a Private Session

Private Sessions are a great way to gather your people, connect, and enjoy the bonding experience of contrast therapy.​

What to Expect

Private Sessions have a capacity of 10-12 people and cost $395 for 1hr and 50 minutes.  

​

Your group will have exclusive access to the mobile sauna. The sauna is located next to park washrooms which have space for changing, and the park's outdoor shower. 
We recommend bringing two towels, one to sit on (mandatory) and one to dry off with after. 

There are hooks in the sauna for your towels and a shelf for water bottles and phones but no lockers so we recommend only bringing what you need in the sauna.
