We're so happy you're here! Gatherwell has partnered with Erin L. to offer our community a unique event offering to mark our transition to spring where we will fuel our creative spirit.  

This session is a calling to step into your most open and authentic self, while allowing space for whatever comes forward to be met with compassion and mindfulness. There is something incredibly magical about coming together to explore breath, movement, and creativity and this session will provide a container for us to do so. 

The session will flow through: 

• Basic meditation techniques for clarity, grounding, and becoming aware of your own relationship to yourself and your creative practice

• Intentional movement to connect you with your physical energy, to regulate your nervous system, and release any stagnation that has built up 

• Breathing practices to deepen your present awareness, awakening to the pleasure of a calmed state, and experiencing…
