Invest in yourself while connecting with a circle of supportive, like-minded individuals!Â
Here's some details that will help you prepare:
- Journals will be provided
- Towels will be provided
- Please bring a swimsuit or something you're comfortable sweating / plunging onÂ
- Please bring a reusable mug and/or water bottle so we can be as sustainable as possible!Â
- The programming will end at 10pm, but anyone is welcome to stick around until 10:30 to mingle & connect
