About the event

We can’t wait to see you! Here are some details to help you prepare for a great experience:

  • 15 person limit.

  • We will provide towels, but you are always welcome to bring your own

  • We offer ice baths that range from 2-12°C, a warm outdoor shower, a cedar barrel sauna, as well as hot tea and filtered water.
