How to Book a Private Session

Private Sessions are a great way to gather your people, connect, and enjoy the bonding experience of contrast therapy.

Private Sessions cost $350 for 1 hour and 50 minutes, and are perfect for groups up to 10 people.

Your group will have exclusive access to the space for the entire duration of your session.

Our space is equipped with a hot electric barrel sauna that seats 8 to 10, cold plunge tubs, and a lounge that comfortably seats nine.

Your Host will be there to ensure everything is ready for you—cold tubs, hot sauna, and plenty of filtered water and tea.

Instructions

Check out the calendar below. Community Sessions are 90 minutes and Free Flow Sessions are 60 minutes.

Look for any session with "10 spots left". This means it is an empty session and you can request to make it a private.

Note down the time slot you found, as you'll need it to request your booking on the main booking page.
