Start with 10-15 minutes in our locally designed, cedar sauna aided by a drop or two of essential oils.
Plunge
Follow up your sweat by submerging for 30 seconds to 2 minutes in one of our ice baths. This is the resilience building portion of the cycle for your nervous system.
Community
While your body is self regulating between cycles, enjoy a hot tea around the fireplace with other community members
